I regret to inform you that Lindsay Lohan has decided to switch it up again- going from dark brunette to strawberry to blonde in just a couple days according to E!

I for one really liked the red locks that People spotted yesterday, but maybe Miz Lohan was too scared that it would bring back her dreaded nickname.

So what is behind Britney Spears decision to shave her head? Is it an attempt to start things over after exiting rehab? I’m excited to see what kind of wigs she’ll be wearing.

Video on KABC-TV showed the newly shorn Spears with tiny tattoos on the back of her neck as she sat Friday night for a new tattoo _ a pair of red and pink lips. “She just wanted something real small on her wrist, something dainty,” Max Gott, the tattoo artist at Body and Soul in Sherman Oaks, told the TV station. “She got some cute little lips on her wrist.”
