Madonna will sing her new song “Hey You”, for which she worked with Pharrel Williams, on July 7 at the Live Earth event in London. Madonna will be the main artist on the event at Wembley Stadion.

The show in London is just one little part of a whole network of shows that will be happening all over the world. With these concerts they want to show us we need to do something about the environment. Concerts will take place in Sydney, New York, London, Tokyo, Shanghai, Johannesburg, Hamburg and Rio de Janeiro.

In London we are expecting Madonna, Keane, Black Eyed Pes, Red Hot Chili Peppers, the Foo Fighters and the Beastie Boys. Looks like it will be an impressive concert.

The “Hey You” single can be downloaded from Live Earth on Msn for a limited time. Msn donates 25 cents/download (well, the first million) to the Alliance for Climate Protection.
