According to TMZ, Lane Garrison from Fox’s Prison Break has been charged with vehicular manslaughter after being involved in a fatal car crash in Beverly Hills in December that left one of his three teenage passengers dead.

Garrison faced multiple charges, which along with felony vehicular manslaughter, include “driving under the influence causing injury to multiple victims,” “driving with a .08 percent blood alcohol level causing injury” and “furnishing alcohol to a minor.” Garrison was reportedly driving with a blood alcohol level of more than .15

If he is convicted, he can look to spend up to 6 years in prison. Let’s hope, for his sake, that he learned something while at Fox River Penitentiary.
